Paper Prints Policy

Innovations in Agricultural and Environmental Science (IAES) is an open-access, primarily online journal that emphasizes environmental responsibility and global accessibility. However, the journal acknowledges the occasional need for physical (printed) copies for institutional, academic, or personal use. The following policy outlines the procedures and terms for requesting paper prints.

1. Availability of Print Copies

  • IAES publishes all issues electronically on its website, but print copies are available on demand.

  • Authors, libraries, institutions, and readers may request individual article prints or entire journal issues.

2. How to Request Print Copies

To request a paper print, please email the editorial office at [editor@innovagrienv.com] with the following information:

  • Full name and affiliation

  • Complete mailing address (including postal code and country)

  • Title of the article or issue requested

  • Number of copies required

All requests must include proof of publication or article DOI, especially for individual article requests.

3. Printing and Shipping Charges

Printing is offered on a cost-recovery basis. Charges include:

  • Per article print copy: $20–$30 (depending on length, color, and formatting)

  • Full journal issue: $50–$75

  • Bulk orders (10+ copies): Discounted rates available

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Nominal courier fee

  • International: Based on courier rates by region (DHL, FedEx, or registered mail)

Shipping timelines range from 7 to 21 working days, depending on destination.

4. Payment Method

Accepted payment options include:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal (for international authors)

  • Easypaisa or JazzCash (for local authors in Pakistan)

Payment instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed and confirmed.

5. Delivery and Tracking

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the order is processed.

  • A tracking number (if available) will be provided for courier-shipped orders.

  • IAES is not responsible for delays or losses due to postal service issues but will assist in resolving such cases wherever possible.

6. Environmental Commitment

To support environmental sustainability, IAES encourages readers and authors to use digital copies whenever possible. Paper printing is limited to requests where absolutely necessary to minimize ecological impact.
